7. Termination

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms that are expressly incorporated) constitute the entire agreement between you and Financial Literacy Advocates with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and us.
